    Tiffany was offered to come back to the Living Classrooms Foundation at Masonville to join the education team and help support the day-to-day function of the Masonville Cove Environmental Education Center. In this position, Tiffany could be found at MCEEC assisting visitors, creating/ developing content for future lessons and activities, planning/ executing field trips, or assisting with the care of our building and on-site critters. When off-site, Tiffany could be found at one of our partnered sites or schools educating students (K-12) on a variety of topics in the environmental sciences, including plankton, runoff pollution, and water quality. From June to August, Tiffany led her own virtual classroom as part of LCF's BEESMART (Baltimore Environmental Education Summer Math and Reading Trailblazers) program.With the State of Emergency and Covid-19 restrictions put in place, Tiffany worked hard alongside the education coordinator to create and push out virtual content to our partnered schools, as well as, provide updates in the running of the MCEEC. Tiffany took part in the planning, creation and execution of providing STEAM "To-Go" Boxes to students in Baltimore City. These boxes came with materials and instructions for at home science activities. As a bonus to these boxes, Tiffany and the education team pieced together enthusiastic video instructions to keep students connected and engaged. As restrictions lifted, Tiffany took part in making sure the building was disinfected and proper measures were in place for social distancing.
