● Initiated, planned, and obtained funding for a $2.1M Integrated Marketing Management project that delivered over $10M of increased annual revenue in the first year alone. --> Designated and oversaw multiple concurrent workstreams. --> Streamlined and improved cross-team processes and technologies, most notably the Marketing to Sales leads pipeline.● Directed staff and processes to optimally manage all aspects of the global IBM/Unica Marketing Operations system. ● Represented the company at Marketing-related industry events including IBM Smarter Commerce Summits, where I presented at seminars on best practices.

● Rebranded and relaunched an improved version of IBM/Unica Marketing Operations system, resulting in 100% adoption (up from 70%) and over 20% increased productivity.● Delivered training to 100+ users of the Marketing Operations system at multiple sites in the US and Europe.● Proposed and executed numerous critical Marketing Operations system and process enhancements to greatly improve reporting and usability, based on user-centered design.

● Managed communications with Marketing Operations system users (all levels of Marketers, Creative personnel, and Project Managers) including training and support.● Analyzed and improved Marketing campaign data for effective reporting.

Contracted by Life Technologies through PRO; Planned and managed internal and external events, including board meetings, trade shows, etc.

● Facilitated a wide variety of events, increasing the venue's booking capacity.● Instituted new processes and documentation to improve internal data/capabilities.
