As I begin my venture into the professional realm, it is important to look back and reflect on the skills I have gained, the lessons I have learned, and my past and future experiences to come. Throughout my college career, I have worked towards my goal of studying research writing, communications, and government. As a CWU student, I was a part of the Liberal Studies program, which allowed me to garner a variety of skill sets and educational knowledge. I particularly wanted to study within this program due to my passion for public policy, which was reflected in my minor in Law and Justice. I have extensive experience in administrative and executive assisting practices, as shown through my work experience with Western Cascade, Roche Harbor Resort, and Devine Chiropractic and Rehab Center. All of my wonderful experiences with these companies will allow me to branch off into my desired career field, with a start in assisting or intern work. I am enthusiastic to start venturing into the professional world and to use my skills and achievements to my advantage. To understand more about me and my accomplishments, I have received achievements such as remaining on the Dean's Honor roll throughout college. I have also done extensive volunteer work, such as being an assistant-student English teacher for the CWU-AUAP (Asia University) program. Other volunteer work I have participated in is fundraising for the NAMI Seattle group. In the scarce free time that I have, I enjoy reading, attending live music events, traveling, and trying new or different restaurants throughout Seattle -- Have you ever been to San Fermo?
