I am a passionate and energetic LCSW with 10 years of professional experience including care management and psychotherapy. With a holistic and integrative approach, I enjoy helping an individual attain more self awareness and compassion; find new ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression; end self-destructive patterns; increase self esteem and confidence; and ultimately learn how to heal themselves and thrive. I am skilled in a variety of traditional, holistic, and eclectic modalities such as CBT with Applied Neuroscience and Mindfulness Techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique, Breathing and Visualization Techniques, as well as Psychodynamic Therapy. I also have special interests in grief, trauma and somatic therapies, along with neuroscience. I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (Neuroscience applied CBT), as well as certification in EFT, and have been fortunate to study CBT at the Beck Institute.
