As the VIsual Merchandising Manager - North America, I contributed to the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts of each retail location by developing and taking charge of the visual look of stores companywide; focusing on product placement, fixtures and display installations. My days were mostly spent conceptualizing and creating monthly directives, communicating new product deliveries, as well as coaching field & support teams through key merchandising initiatives. While in the field, my time was spent training store teams about design concepts, visual display standards, and monitoring business and product performance.As VMM, I continually analyze and respond to business/selling trends, assortment needs, and customer feedback; proactively adapting merchandising and presentations as needed.During past years of explosive growth, much of my time has also been spent partnering with planning and allocation for new store openings and remodels; providing planograms, front-of-house capacities, assortment suggestions, and feedback. Once construction is done, I can often be found traveling to store openings to oversee and execute merchandising and styling.

From initial project identification through construction closeout, I assisted with planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they met client needs, specifications, cost, and schedule. I also supervised and supported office/field administrative staff and project/field supervisors.
