Total engagement interactions overall increased by 43300%• Similarly, engagement interactions on Instagram also increased with Likes increasing by 1152% and Comments increasing by 500%. Overall engagements went up by 1103%.• Follower numbers also increased : Followers on Twitter up from 1420 to 2252 – which is a 59% increase: Followers on Instagram up from 618 to 995 - which is a 61% increaseAlso keen to use the writing skills I've developed while working in the newspaper industry - and happy to discuss blog writing and copywriting if needed.

I managed the Facebook page - and some Twitter engagement - for the local Derry committee of Cancer Research UK, mainly promoting their Relay For Life event which happened on Saturday 24th - Sunday 25th June.

A journalist working at the Derry Journal, I produced news and features for the twice-weekly print product as well as online at www.derryjournal.com. From 2009- 2012 I launched and edited a new product in Donegal targeting a younger demographic.From 2012 - 2016 I was Editor of a high end glossy bi-annual magazine product called ETC - managing budgets, supervising copy and ensuring editorial standards were met at all times.While managing these challenges I also continued to play a role in the general newspaper production, including sourcing and writing news stories, producing clean copy, designing pages using Quark and InDesign, as well as editing images in PhotoShop.
