As a Regional Operations Lead at Richmond Fellowship (RF), I lead a team of professionals who deliver evidence-based interventions for perpetrators and survivors of DA (adults and young people), as well as community based and residential services for people managing mental health conditions across London and the south of England. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of psychology, social services, and violence prevention, with a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lisbon.My core competencies include partnership development, strategic planning, programme management, funding, people management, and quality assurance. I am passionate about creating positive social change and empowering individuals and communities to prevent and overcome the impact of DA. I work closely with other RF services, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive impact for our service users.
