HR Admin (Provide Reports as required i.e. leave, salaries and deductions etc ; VIP Payroll; Continuously updating and filing of employee information. Monthly reconciliation of all excesses of allowance (3G, Mobile and Man 3000) with supporting documentation for payroll; Assist the HR Manager with solving employee conflicts and improve HR administration policies and procedures;Office manangement. Ensuring relevant updates are obtained and loaded onto the VIP payroll system ;Printing of reports and payslips Processing payslips via infoslip program Backups, running month-end and filing Printing IRP5's & IT/IB(3)'s annually for payroll & temps and balance to IRP510 on an annual basis and handling queries on items . Managing company vehicles: Booking for service, any repairs required. report accidents to our insurance, liaise with them for any info required.Manage technical equipment in the office
