In various roles with the Texas Center for Nursing Workforce Studies, I managed projects related to nursing education and employment trends, supply and demand of nurses, and nursing workforce demographics, performing such tasks as:- Designing and implementing surveys- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data- Writing formal reports, fact sheets, and infographics, and creating interactive dashboards on study findings- Working closely with an Advisory Committee and task forces to achieve project goals- Increasing Center visibility by presenting study findings and other topics to nursing stakeholder groups- Maintaining and updating the Center’s website
