I wrote and distributed press releases to local and regional clients. I prepared press kit materials on behalf of client bios. As chosen to be the Director of Rituals, my job entailed collaborating with chapter management to infuse value-based rituals into all areas of programming and chapter operations. I developed informal rituals that reflect sorority values such as friendship and integrity. I presented and trained 200 women on the guidelines of Delta Gamma's traditions. I planned and led a 3-hour initiation ceremony for 80 new members.

I worked directly with the COO and the Experience team to create and effectively implement diversity and inclusion policies at Kate Farms. I communicated with 10 regional companies that focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to compile information on best practices to bring back to Kate Farms. I identified up-to-date DEI content, language, and tools to utilize in increasing awareness and education in the workplace. I facilitated an all-company workshop designed to educate employees on DEI to make a more inclusive culture at Kate Farms.
