As HR liaison I am responsible for the hiring process through the recruiting website. keeping all employees up to date on mandatory videos & training. Along with informing staff with changes to insurance, 401K & stock plans. Administrator all pre employment & random drug testing. I oversaw the internal operations of the Walker Marina by creating new customer contracts, taking payment, Problem solving, and communication with our Walker staff. Marina was sold fall of 2014.
