In this position I worked at the front desk of the BBA Program Office in the Red McCombs School of Business and functioned as the liaison between students and their academic advisors. I helped students with issues including making appointments with their advisor, scheduling, and degree planning. I was also responsible for providing insight to prospective students and parents who visited the office.

In this position I performed a variety of tasks to aid my employer in both her professional and personal lives. Some of these activities included formulating excel spreadsheets to improve efficiency in her data management and to improve financial decisions, as well as coordinating her children’s after school schedules to help with their educational development and to get them to all activities necessary.

At this position, I assisted with the creation of the company website, which generated more business, and performed clerical work such as calculation quotes for clients, handling banking transactions, ordering merchandise, operating phones, and filing documents in order to keep the business running efficiently. I also used Quickbooks to create invoices, pay bills, and track expenses.
