♦ Overall strategic and operational responsibility for Big Brothers Big Sisters programs, with focused growth, and execution of its mission.♦ Worked in partnership with the Board of Directors to set strategic vision and direction and execute on the plan, hiring, supervising and mentoring of staff, interviewing prospective Big and Little Brothers and Sisters, conducted Public Relations, Fundraising, Program Development and successful cultivation of donor relationships. ♦ Implemented a new comprehensive Sexual Abuse Prevention Program, which encompassed training staff, volunteers, parents and every child that had ever gone through the program. ♦ Was one of the youngest Executive Directors in Canada.
