FounderTogether For The Long Run Aug 2015 - PresentTOGETHER for the Long Run is a non-profit event I created to break down the barriers of disabilities, turn can'ts into cans, and bring the community together. It is focused around a track event in which I partner disabled participants with volunteers and they run in a few events. Along with the track events we have activities surrounding the track such as: face painting, tailgate games, a dance party, and food trucks. In the past four years we have raised $104,678 with a donation to St. Joe County Special Olympics. Every year we impact about 120 volunteers, 280 disabled and abled individuals, and 150 spectators.
