Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs and sales goals.Account health: - Increased client health scores across all accounts- Build relationships with all stakeholders and decision-makers across the client organization- Proactively identify opportunities for improved client experience through client education and operational improvement- Identify service delivery gaps and technology gaps within the client environment to understand and anticipate client needs and expectations and develop strategic plans to make ensure gaps are bridged and expectations are met or exceeded- Provide single point of contact resolution channel and escalate client issues to operations for resolution, and work with operations to identify solutions to resolve recurring issues- Direct and collaborate with project team to ensure successful on-time on-budget project delivery- Develop and execute remediation plans as required Account growth:- Collaborate with strategic consulting and solutions consulting to execute client roadmaps and secure sign-off for infrastructure improvements to reduce technology debt, bring client environments in line with technology and cybersecurity best practice - Collaborate with clients on IT budgeting and forecasting to ensure right-sized technology solutions that are budget appropriate and enhance and advance business business performance Show less
