Short-term contract to redesign Arx Urban's website with a deeper focus on user needs and brand identity. Responsible for research, user testing, copy writing, and UI/visual design (Sketch, InVision, and Wix) as well as SEO and mobile/responsive design.

Focused on user research, methodology, and UX strategy.Projects included:- An eCommerce website redesign (The Kelco Store) - focused on redesigning the information architecture of this site for clarity and usability.- A new app development project (GOALingo) - ideated and rapidly prototyped a foreign language learning app for casual travelers. - Adding a feature to an existing app (Fandango Project) - worked within a design team to add a concert ticketing feature to the movie ticket app, Fandango. Responsible for all aspects of educating customers about our products and helping them make selections according to their tastes and needs. Strategized ways to enhance both customer and employee experience, and implemented systems to increase efficiency, such as devising a tagging system to streamline the checkout process for reusable bottles. Managerial duties included: training new employees, tracking inventory, facilitating and maintaining excellent ongoing relationships with local restaurants and other business partners, and prioritizing tasks for multiple employees.
