Having developed as a professional within the academic environment, with major focus on research, I have always considered essential for such research to cater for corporate needs, hence I have consolidated my advisory and coaching skills in first-hand experiences in different operational realities, embracing multiple business sectors, including, but not limited to, general services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil & gas and public administration.Thus, over the last 15 years, I have developed as a professional at the heart of the Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management and Operational Excellence environments.My goal has always been to contribute to the organisational and personal growth, by believing that where there's a will, there's a way, and I have pursued such goal through education, fully aware of its key role in building a solid foundation to manage change, and in operational support as a coach, to truly support professionals in their growth and in the transformation of knowledge into skills and competences, as an advisor. I truly believe in advising, not consultancy, as a support tool for companies, as the latter is often is based on providing corporate solutions instead of contributing to the organisational development. Advising enables organisations to fulfil their goals and maintain them in the long run, through the actual growth of the entire organisation. I strongly believe that work must be driven by passion, as only through passion you can shape a vision and teach technical tools (including statistics!) to others.
