I am an accounting professional by degree but my passion is Talent Management. I have spent over half of my career in the corporate recruiting and talent management space. I have recruited for accounting and finance professionals throughout the United States into our professional development programs. In addition to accounting and finance talent, my team was responsible for providing analytics talent into our Analytics & Innovation Division at Caterpillar.
