Focusing primarily on Security Engineers, Quality Assurance and Corporate Technology roles, I also flexibly supported unique roles in Data Services, Java Development, and executive tiers. My contributions were central to recruiting standout candidates and nurturing high-caliber teams.

Positioned at the forefront of candidate experience, I innovated hiring playbooks and efficiency-maximizing strategies for this mid-sized consumer tech entity. My emphasis was on providing every candidate with a brand-reflective, seamless journey, predominantly hiring for roles in Sales, HR, Legal, and Finance. I also diversified my assistance to teams across Software Engineering, Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, Production, and Hardware, amplifying the organization's growth with premier talent.

In my progressive journey with SFUSD, I advanced from the Legal Division to become the Director of Equity and Special Projects. My responsibilities included managing hiring, onboarding, and training for the Legal and Equity Department. I oversaw investigations into equity-related issues, personnel disputes, grievances, discrimination, harassment, and public records requests. A key achievement was introducing the 'Administrator Certification Form 2013-2014', an initiative later adopted by Oakland Unified School District. As the lead liaison and investigation analyst for SFUSD, I collaborated with the District Attorney's Office, law enforcement, and investigators on embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds cases. Additionally, I managed budgets across three departments and led the successful implementation of the LexisNexis Time Matters case management software.

At the Office of Speaker pro Tempore Fiona Ma, I spearheaded a fellowship program aimed at empowering high school students through public policy education. Partnering with organizations like Project Citizen, I facilitated civic education programs, enabling students to actively engage in democratic processes. This initiative showcased the role of education in crafting future leaders, reflecting my dedication to fostering informed and active citizens.

Supporting education advocacy at Governmental Solutions Group alongside Vernon Billy (CEO and Executive Director of CSBA), I played a central role in legislative and policy research. Monitoring various state proceedings, I responded promptly to proposed policies. My contribution was instrumental in expanding the firm's EdBrief newsletter into a renowned online resource. My responsibilities also extended to overseeing office operations, mentoring interns, and drafting influential position letters.

Collaborating with Dr. Caroline Valverde, I coordinated the "Ao Dai: A Modern Design Coming of Age" exhibition in partnership with the Association of Viet Arts and the San Jose Museum of Textile and Quilts. This marked a U.S. first, celebrating Vietnamese design. I spearheaded fundraising for the exhibition and liaised with Vietnamese designers, solidifying my skills in cross-cultural collaboration and event management.

During a summer internship at the Office of Speaker Karen Bass, I immersed myself in legislative operations, conducting in-depth research on policy issues, and aiding in the drafting and revision of legislative bills. My focus areas included education, health and welfare, and state prisons, equipping me with a robust understanding of the policy-making process.
