As part of the Research and Insights team, I analyzed the ever changing needs of learners and utilized a theoretical lens to provide insights relevant for new product design.While working on the SNHU Labs Research and Development unit, I spearheaded new learning initiatives and assessments.Key Accomplishments:• Spearheaded a pilot of virtual reality as a teaching and learning tool for online and on-campus students and wrote an article for EDUCAUSE Review highlighting the scope of the project • Led a $1 million Google.org-funded experimental program of soft skills assessments to help youth certify employable skills that was documented by not-for-profit research and evaluation group Ithaka S+R as a case study for higher education
