Program Lead
Current- Maintaining oversight of the program of work for the Operational Communications Division to optimise service delivery and improve transparency, visibility and engagement.
- Leading the development of project and change management tools and resources to build capability and support operational staff in the end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
- Leading the Division's annual strategic planning processes, including the establishment of program governance and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across divisional ways of working, processes and procedures.
