Ran 50+ end-to-end digital projects for ADP alone between 2017-2019, including application of a new visual system site-wide on adp.com, across 211 pages. Utilized the full spectrum of PM functions; including, Proposals, SOW, finance, resourcing, quality control, and change management.Headed an account wide transition to Airtable for both project and task management, which eliminated redundancies and data entry. Team members were empowered to create through ready access to real-time project info needed to complete tasks and obviate blockers.
