CurrentAs head of Global Omnichannel Education, develop and execute innovative digital-first programs and tools for haircare/color/cutting/styling, skincare, makeup, fragrance, service and business that spotlight artistry and professional authority in both pro and retail channels for artists/stylists, retail and customer care associates, internal employees and the end-consumer. Directly manage the Global Omnichannel Education Team including Senior Manager Global Education and Manager Digital Education, 5 Instructional Design, Graphic Design and Video Editing team members. Manage Global Omnichannel Education P&L.• Listen & Learn Tour: In partnership with direct reports, worked with Regional and Market Education Leaders evaluated all existing programs, courses, tools to understand which were used most, why and what they would change. Formed basis of future Global Education strategy, objectives and programming.• Digital Education: Evolve and innovate digital Global Education/Shows/Events to achieve maximum reach and scale both within/outside the Aveda network.~ Aveda Pure Pro: Create and publish education content and support/calendarize all education experiences; Live Classes, In-Salon, Virtual Classes and Events and eLearning. Continue to evaluate what is working/not and adjust platform structure and content accordingly.~ Retailer/Brand eLearning sites: Created unique storytelling, product content and launched Aveda on two new global eLearning sites, expanding reach/scale outside existing Aveda distribution.~ Atelier by Aveda: Created and executed quarterly video series. First episode launched October 2022.• Retail Education: Continue building retail omnichannel education supporting NA, INT, and new launch in China; FSSz and online. • Inclusion & Diversity: Continue to support I&D by developing programming that drives service excellence for all guests.
