I currently lead within Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Oral Nutrition Support (ONS). I develop and provide malnutrition prevention training for service providers e.g. Care Homes for Wirral. This includes MUST and also Diabetes management, Healthy Eating and Weight Management. I am fully trained via Kings College London to support people with IBS/FODMAP diet. I have Masters module in Obesity management I provide home visit and clinic-based support to local residents for all general nutritional needs including: Coeliac disease, IBS, underweight, healthy eating, lipid lowering and weight management. I am the clinical lead for people with learning difficulties who require weight management and have a proven track record in this area. I deliver Heart Failure, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Healthy Eating for Parkinson’s Disease and Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the wider community and am also the lead for clinical supervision and continuing professional development (CPD)
