Project leader of Urban Programme funded project set within a small housing estate within Kirkcaldy.The project used Community development model to deliver Family Centre services: Childcare through creche, Adult Education, after School Clubs and Parenting support.The project leader position specialised in the Adult and Basic Education, Family Learning and Parenting together with support for community initiatives such as the Tenants group and Food Cooperative.As project leader I worked with the local Management commitee to develop training programmes and to set Project Priorities.
