Cath is an experienced Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Leadership Development Consultant with over twenty years’ experience helping clients flourish, in their careers and in life. She supports leaders who seek to transition or grow in their roles, in a world where courage, empathy and resilience are vital. She has an ability to notice what is working and what is not, to intervene and help clients make positive changes. Her clients find that her warm authenticity and open, pragmatic approach builds trust quickly, allowing for robust conversations that increase their awareness of choice. She supports them to deepen their self-awareness, understand their impact and develop techniques that build behavioural flexibility and increase confidence. She draws on her Somatic Coaching practice, paying attention to both mind and body, to help clients step out of auto pilot and reconnect with the present. She is a Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in Standout and Strengths based coaching and is both an NLP and MBTI practitioner. Cath also brings a depth of commercial acumen from having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC earlier in her career. She has worked in the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific (she lived and worked in Malaysia earlier in her career), with blue chip companies, public organisations and high-profile charities - in one-to-one coaching and supervision relationships, within leadership programmes and peer coaching groups.
