I have over 35 years experience of working with children and families including working in a variety of childcare settings, after school clubs, schools, college and university. The culmination of this experience has enabled me to develop skills and expertise in the area of children's emotional well being and behaviour. I believe every child has the right to feel safe, happy and achieve their potential and that with the right support and guidance this can be achieved with even the most challenging child. I am passionate about working closely with children, school staff and parents to enable this to happen. Over the last few years I have been sharing my ideas and writing about my work for several magazines including Nursery World, Teach Nursery and Teach Primary Magazines. They include all the resources needed to deliver the programmes in schools, including step by step instructions using reflective language.
