About Cath Moore

Having worked for 27 years for in Telephony I gained vast experience in many areas, spending over 20 of those years in IT. As part of this, I established and managed Support, Helpdesk and Billing teams and became recognised as a Rating and Billing expert. I regularly liaised with the Business, Finance, Compliance and upper management and built good relationships in all areas.I became the IT audit representative and later liaised with the Compliance and Internal Audit teams as well as the external auditors. This is an area I became increasing interested in and after leaving (due to voluntary redundancy) I gained my certification as a GDPR Practitioner. I am ideally seeking an opportunity to work in a Data Protection or Compliance team with a view to becoming a Data Protection Officer.
