With an MSc in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines and diversified experience working on projects worldwide, my latest role is Principal Geologist, working primarily on project evaluation and 3D geological and structural modeling. I specialize in mineral resource estimation and classification; resource geology and evaluation; optimizing sampling programs; data validation and QA/QC; mineral resource technical reviews and NI 43-101 compliant reports for various commodities. Projects I have worked on include both near surface and underground deposits; from early stage exploration through to operating mines.

Mainly involved with gold, copper, graphite and base metals and I worked on many varied projects, from early exploration through to feasibility studies, site investigation and engineering design. My main areas of expertise were resource estimation and QA/QC and while with AMC authored many NI 43-101 compliant reports for projects in North and South America and Asia. The main metals I worked with are gold, graphite, lithium and base metal projects.

Responsible for geological aspects of civil, mining and exploration projects. I was primarily engaged with project management, 3D modelling and GIS applications for site investigations, early exploration to feasibility studies, and engineering design projects. I was responsible for all aspects of projects including management, quality assurance and quality control of data, model development, presentation and reporting. During this time I worked with gold, graphite and base metal projects.

I was principally involved with geo-administration, data compilation and database management for mining and exploration projects. My work included data acquisition and geological model development using 3D and GIS programs, data compilation, building electronic filing systems and report preparation. I worked with gold, diamonds and base metal projects. During this time I also developed a hands-on school geology education unit.
