Following graduation from the University of Bath, I worked at WSP Buildings before joining Mann Williams in August 2007. In 2011 I became a Chartered Structural Engineer and was made an Associate in 2013. During 2022 I worked at RISE Structures as a Bid Writer. I have returned to an engineering role and joined Giraffe Engineering as an Associate in 2023.My experience is based in both private and BSF educational projects, and included new build sports halls, primary schools and university buildings. I have also completed extensions on existing school buildings with listed status as well as many domestic property projects. Many of these projects have been working with full project design teams from the outset: designing the structure to efficiently encompass the M&E and Architecture.This breadth of experience has allowed me to develop my practical engineering approach and communication skills with both building professionals and clients.
