Monitor and escalate collection issues. • Deal team participation and support, including due diligence, contract review, developing and managing transaction budgets, purchase price / funds flow calculation, security deposit management and payment instruction. This also includes capturing all relevant data in the contract management system.• Responsibility for ongoing management and improvement of LeasePoint, the contract management system, including employee training, liaising with the provider, and driving process and control enhancements. • Key contact with Finance team, including resolution of reconciling items caused by LeasePoint and liaising with Finance to improve processes with interdependencies between the two departments. Also support internal departments including Legal, Commercial, Corporate Planning and Technical daily by providing information and assisting in resolving issues.• Support the continued improvement of debtors reporting. Approve the daily debtors circulated. • Oversight and day to day management of the Accounts Payable team. • Run several Joint Venture areas including Cash Flow Forecasts, Debt Reporting and LTV Assessments including monthly and quarterly reporting to external lenders and Joint Venture partners; and • Delivered several projects including an overhaul of the Insurance function, upgrade of our contracts management system, fleet list, S&P submission, accounts payable reporting and enhanced LeasePoint reporting.
