Project Network Engineer, design and implement network solutions across the enterprise.

Senior Network Engineer with responsibilities for maintaining, design, configuring and implementing network infrastructure across twelve countries.Tasks involve; lead and deliver large scale network projects across multiple countries spread across the global, coordinate with local IT teams on projects and network infrastructure, design network infrastructure to suit business needs, maintain and operate the infrastructure, and provide third level support for issues.

Role entailed working as a Network engineer and providing network services to large & medium size business in all verticals.Designing, configuring, deploying large and small scale infrastructure project. Varying degree of industries including Warehousing, University, Financial, Hospitality, Government, and Health care.

Providing technical support to users on behalf of IBM to a multi-national company. This role involved first level support of office based users, supporting their general machine problems; Lotus Notes, Printers, Active Directory and Mainframes. In April 2007 I was chosen to go to travel abroad to migratethe Access Management team to Dublin.This involved creating and amending accounts including NT domains, Active Directory and SAP, troubleshooting access related issues and resolving the issues, maintaining security information of users, training others and also writing documentation on commonly occurring problems. This role involved meeting SLA’s (service level agreements) for the resolution of problem tickets and requests.
