Network Personnel is the contract provider for Seetec, whom deliver "JobPath" on behalf of the Department of Social Protection. The region Network Personnel cover in the Republic of Ireland is County Monaghan & County Cavan. I was employed as part of the initial start up team and some of my duties included, but were not limited to; The set up of new 2 offices in the region; The implementation of the JobPath program in the region; The planning & structure of the client's journey, including the Delivery & Presentation of the Joint Information Session, The individual Initial Assessment, The Presentation of the Gateway Sessions ( 2 of which I personally prepared and updated regularly ), Assistance with Job Brokering, Activation, Signposting to relevant bodies that could assist clients, Info on Sector Route-ways, In-work Support, etc. Liaising with the Department of Social Protection, Intreo Offices, Seetec, Employers and any other stakeholder prevalent to creating and sustaining employment for our clients. Dealing with client queries & the implementation of an first class customer service experience.

Freelance work for Sporting / Music Events, One-off Hospitality Events, Weddings, Corporate, Festivals etc. This was normally in the North East / Dublin areas. It was suitable as it was seasonally based and could fit around my studies while I was a Full-time student.

Business student

I held the post of production supervisor at Kingspan's flagship site in Kingscourt. I worked in all 3 production area's during my time, but predominantly supervisied the production of flashing's, gutter's, purlins and ancillaries ( straps, collars etc ). I gained experience of working within a manufacturing environment, been challenged to work in a multi-functional role, with defined timeline or differing scales, while all the time ensuring flawless quality of production. I thoroughly enjoyed working for Kingspan and the environment of a progressive / forward thinking company.

Management of Bar, all it's staff, revenues, stock, ordering, customer experience, parties, public area's ( e.g swimming pools, show lounge's, Ballrooms, seated area's outside the bars ). I worked mainly on the QE2 ocean liner, but also on the Vistafjord, Sea Goddesses & QM2. I was recently on-board the Queen Victoria (2013) and was asked to fill out a review of operations/customer experiences, so that guest experiences could be enhanced.

I was in charge of all staff/stock/health and safety, customer experience and satisfaction, rota control, opening and closing. Creations of one-off cocktails, customer demonstrations and talks on mixology, wine service, beer, distilled brands of the world and their history, proper ethical behaviour in beverage service and consumption, etc.
