I worked with Coca Colas Strategic Marketing Impact Team to launch, market and sell Coca Colas new energy drink, BPM. Developed in Northern Ireland, exclusively for the Northern Irish market, BPM was a £3m product launch, designed specifically to directly challenge Lucozade in this market sector.

Employed by GEM as a Customer Contact Agent. I worked with GEMs biggest Client, Amazon.com responding to customers e-mails on-line. I assisted customers in navigating the Amazon.com web site and responded to a multitude of enquiries regarding their personal accounts.
