As a digital entrepreneur deeply committed to leveraging technology to solve global challenges, I am the co-founder of Rooted - empowering (corporate) agronomists with data and recommendations. My entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding innosabi, initially a student startup at TU Munich, which I led as CEO to become a global leader in innovation management software. This venture culminated in a successful acquisition by the French Questel Group.I also serve on the supervisory board of sto SE & Co. KGaA (thermal insulation), and advise Deutsche Bank in their advisory board (South). I've written two books on innovation strategies: "Crowdsourced Innovation" and "Connect the Dots."I'm a speaker at conferences and company masterclasses, such as DLD, Handelsblatt Innovation Summit, and hub berlin. I've been a member of the bitkom presidial committee for eight years, involved in political roles like e.g. the founding committee of the German "Agentur für Sprunginnovation."My accomplishments have earned me awards like "TU Munich Entrepreneur of Excellence" and the "Spark Female Founder Award" from McKinsey and Handelsblatt.
