I assumed the role of Assistant Director General External Relations & Governance in May 2023 after serving for 2.5 years as Chef de Cabinet. My role consists of leading WHO's strategic and political engagement in the areas of partner relations, resource mobilization and governance. My team and I are working towards creating solutions for sustainable financing for health for all. My portfolio includes providing support for the Worlds Health Assembly and the WHO Executive Board. I am also responsible for engaging WHO in multisectorial partnerships for advancing Global Health, including with Civil Society, the Private Sector and Non-State Actors. For the last decade I have been working on innovative public and private partnerships including as CEO of FIND, the international alliance for diagnostics, and have seen the power of partnership first hand. I trained as an MD and am passionate about women's health, advancing gender equity and climate action for health.
