Sales Marketing Manager
CurrentStrategize and coordinate the sales and marketing plan with analysis into all channels of communication including but not limited to offline, online, traditional and non-traditional platforms.Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as required.Manage Corporate ID and Branding.Manage Digital and all Online marketing: Maintain websites/Online Community Manager/ Generate Social Media content and campaigns.Scheduling and setting up itineraries for and liaising with important groups: Agents, incentive groups, film crews and media influencers.Relationship management with Overberg based Tourism Partners: Product Training/ presentations/ sales calls/ commission payments.Attend key national and international events to drive brand awareness and sales.Manage customer feedback/complaints with the Public Relations Officer.Project management.Assist with daily on-site operations.
