In this role as Agile Team Coach, I supported Cybercoms organisation in their implementation of Agile way of working and culture. The job included coaching of Cybercom´s software development Teams at different customer sites. It also included facilitation of inspirational workshops with some of the leadership teams and also the finance department.

As an Agile/Lean Coach and Change Leader at Ericsson, I got a broad experience from working in a large organization supporting many different functions in their change journey. I assisted Finance, Marketing, Software development, Business Management, HR, Pre-sales in their transformation in applying agile and lean way of working. I often supported whole organisations, with both coaching the Teams and the Leadership team. Since every team and organisation is unique, I always custom made what I deliver. My function included - coaching, teaching and mentoring.

Responsible for end-to-end projects, e.g. a two year Project swap out of an entire telephony platform including definition of technical requirements, evaluation of solutions from different vendors, implementation, verification and finally the migration of all customers. In the role as project manager I reported to the CTO and CEO and headed teams of up to 12 members.

System responsible for the backbone network including an Ericsson Engine Integral System. The work includes besides normal operation and maintenance, network optimization, product development, contacts with suppliers, second line support and trouble shooting.

Test leader for test teams of 2-5 system engineers. Responsible for test documentation in accordance with customer requirements, ensure that the processes were followed and documentation was done according to standard procedures, secure that the time plan was kept and quality assured through out the projects.

System Engineer/Senior System Engineer at the System Supply and Integration Center. Responsible for SW and DT preparation, implementation, verification, configuration and upgrade of AXE, Bridgehead and Engine Integral systems. The work included travelling all around the World and close co-operation with customers and other Ericsson departments. Assigned to special tasks, e.g. trouble shooting to resolve critical issues for high profile customers such as France Telecom and Telmex.
