Focus on securing high quality IT solutions for Sales, Marketing, Quality and Customer Services at Sony Mobile. From April 1st 2016 to January 2017 I was in the role of Senior IT Business Manager at Sony Mobile. Securing that IT deliver according to requirements and expectations, at cost and on time. This implies securing a stable and good relationship with stakeholders/customers but also securing an efficient and good dialogue with the IT vendor. In this role I have managed a global team delivering a portfolio which spans multiple technologies, multiple vendors, various delivery methodologies, all business stakeholders within the company as well as Partners, Retailers and End-consumers. My team supports a fully outsourced delivery and includes all roles required in both Application Mgmt and Application Development delivery. The solutions range from sonymobile.com and the Sony Mobile eCommerce solution to Customer Service solutions as well as solutions supporting the internal business including Document Mgmt, intranet, extranet, collaboration areas, Salesforce, HR SaaS solutions including eLearning, eRecruitment etc. I see myself as a natural and inspiring leader maintaining a humble attitude and an open mind.

Heading up a global team of Solution Mgrs, focused on business requirements and solution design as well as solution strategy and roadmaps. Ensuring we successfully deliver IT solutions and functionality in line w business needs and development.
