I have both my Associates and Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. I graduated in May of 2020 from UNT to receive my Bachelors. I have always had a passion for the Justice System and wish to further my education by working towards a degree in legal/paralegal field. My interest started when I was younger, my mom got her degree in criminal justice and we always had great conversations which drove my passion for the field higher. I want to be able to learn and grow enough to make a difference in the way our system works. I have worked in the retail/service industry since I was 16 to get through school. I have had almost 5 years of management experience, and a slight background in the way asset protection works within both industries. I found interest in AP because of the problem-solving/ investigative work you put in to make the business run safely and more efficient. I am currently a Bayhost shift lead at Topgolf in The Colony, but wish to pursue a career in the criminal justice system.
