Lives were built here.As the director of the Career, Academic and Personal Counseling Center (CAP) I had the opportunity to facilitate bridge building. Delivering effective service on our small liberal arts campus means growing programs organically one positive relationship at a time. As director, I reached out to faculty, alumni, parents, and potential employers to make sure the programs and services we offered our students were effective in moving them forward personally and professionally.
