Throughout my career (25 years+) I found purpose and meaning in enabling organisations, leaders and teams to be better at what they do, by partnering with them to lead the development, delivery and scaling high impact business solutions and services. Solutions include the (1) identification, developing and deployment of critical capabilities such as governance, risk management and compliance to remain relevant or lead in their markets, (2) designing solutions to enhance their ability to successfully navigate change, disruption and transition, (3) review and improvement of current capabilities and (4) supporting the deployment of strategic initiatives as either Program or Change Lead, or Leadership Coach & Mentor. All my work is anchored in systems thinking, with a human- and process centered approach ensuring deliberate emergent transformation.
