Managing a large client portfolio, building and maintaining intermediary relationships to generate new business development and retain clients. Supporting intermediaries to provide health cash plans, private health insurance and wellbeing solutions such as onsite health assessments, webinars, mental health first aid course, active spaces and onsite workshops.

I'm responsible for selling corporate healthcare solutions including cash plans and dental plans to businesses across the UK for one of the UK's leading health insurers. I do this through nurturing and developing existing relationships with my portfolio of intermediaries to increase performance. I maintain excellent communications with all partners to ensure they are up to date on Simplyhealth products and offerings. My primary focus is new business acquisition, as well as client management to increase revenue and ensure high quality service. Field-based business development across all industries and sectors.

Grow and develop new business, whilst increasing existing practices profitability. Providing business support to new and existing dental practices across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Wilshire, Dorset and Somerset. Covering business, operational, marketing, training support and advice through the implementation of Denplan services.

Supporting Denplan Key Client Practices across the Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire areas with business planning, sales, marketing and team training and development to increase practice profitability.

This role within the Denplan Corporate Sales Team involves supporting our Business Development Manager, as well as having my own portfolio of Brokers to look after and generate business with - this takes me out of the office regularly to lead meetings with my Broker contacts to investigate how to best to work together to generate sales. Growing Denplan's SME Business is a key focus of mine for 2015.

Providing over the phone support for Dental practices in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Providing administration support to the Field Sales Team and attending hospitality and training events.
