I am a recent graduate of Colorado State University with a B.A. in integrated visual studies and B.S. in Psychology. I am an Alumni of Tri-Delta, an organization that gave me opportunities to give back to my community and step outside my comfort zone. I served as my year's representative on conduct committee, implementing policies and facilitating conflict resolution between members which inspired me to pursue a career in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I plan to continue my education in graduate school to gain the skills needed to improve the workplace and ensure fair practices.
