Research Ethics Duties:. Inform, organize and control research activities to ensure that researchers meet high scientific ethical conduct. Ensure that the researchers comply with the internal policies and procedures established by the University Ethic Comity. Incorporate external regulations and legislation. Patent & Commercialization of research Duties: Receive and analyze reports of inventions. Identify develop, support and administration of all University research and related activities, from major strategic initiatives at the institutional level to faculty-based individual and team research projects. Part of my role is to evaluate the disclosures from a business point of view in order to decide whether they are commercializable. Help researchers and the Board understand whether commercialization of the invention is worthwhile and what would be the follow up steps after a decision to proceed. Duties: Conceive, ensures the update and the effective use of the working tools (policies, procedures, forms, contract, guides, bids, financial arrangement, appreciation of teaching) necessary in managing the Center and the optimization of its growth.accompany, directs and supervises the multidisciplinary project manager team, throughout their projects and ensure that they comply with the objectives, the short delays and the budgets. Validate and approves all the bids (written and financial proposals) before the official presentation to the client. Prepare documentation (inscription, project description and budget) for the executive committee and the board of directors of the University. Act as project managers for more complex projects. Negotiate and works out Agreements, analyzes the technological risks and economic benefits of which some have an notable impact for the University such as: the partnership with SAP- System, Applications and Products for dated processing, PMI-Project professional Management Institute and several other organizations and Professional Associations.

Organize and control administrative and educational activities related to the management of the Business Faculty. Work and collaborate with the University President, Deans and Faculty Directors. Perform and/or organize activities to support the daily operations of academic activities. Establishing course schedules for up-coming semesters. Participate in the elaboration and the evaluation of programs and course curriculum offered by the Faculty. Prepare statistics of reports. Represent the Faculty at internal and external meetings. Act as advisor to unit members regarding university policies and procedures. Analyze problems, determine course of action and provide advice to unit members on problem resolution. Responsible for study abroad program. Council students studying in the U.S, South America, France, China, Morocco and Spain. I was the Faculty contact with the University worldwide. Responsible foreign students (Bachelor, Master’s and Doctorate). Orient, help and motivate students in their study choice and progress in getting their diploma. Participate in the yearly College recruitment. Taking care of the students is the primary role of an Administrative Officer in a Faculty.

Duties: Co-Founded and managed a flight suit manufacturing company. Fifty+ employees working and producing flight suits and other garments for the aviation industry, police, fire, and other municipal departments. Researched and developed flight safety garments which became popular in Canada and around the world and especially in the aviation industry. Produced flight suits for Canadian astronauts. Worked with government agencies such as Ontario Air Ambulance, Quebec Firefighter Aircraft CL-215 and CL-415, the Canadian Air force and Army, different aerobatic teams and also Doctors without Borders, and others. Products were sold in twenty one countries. Supplied garments for movies such as Johnny Mnemonic and Robocop. Exhibited in several business fairs and Air show. Work on several occasions with the Canadian Consulate and the Canadian National Research Council (CNRC). As a business woman I received many prizes and honors.
