• Manage end-to-end proposal process to ensure on track delivery• Clear any blockers / instigate corrective action to maintain delivery timeline• Track performance around turnaround times, cost of sale, win rate• Review continuous improvement workflows

• Manage current customer accounts – orders/stock/deliveries/complaints• Create export documentation and send invoices and credit notes• Liaise in-house with production/technical/quality• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner with accurate information• Provide potential customers with product information and pricing• Support sales team with sales information• Build customer relationships• Write training documentation and provide training to new team members

• Respond to new enquiries – provide product information, quotations, advice• Manage current customer accounts – follow up enquiries/sales/issues• Prepare for and participate in trade fairs – worldwide• Translate e-mails, press releases, website articles - German, French

• Member of installation team reporting to mentor, line manager and project services manager – responsible for installation of hardware and software

• Translation and testing of system texts, marketing material, online documentation and training courses • Resolution of translation-related customer problem messages • Participation in quality assurance projects
