I manage the People Team for OnlyInYourState. My team handles talent acquisition, new writer training, and ongoing training for 60+ freelance writers and editors.

As the first Utah writer for OnlyInYourState.com, I wrote and edited daily articles about restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems all over the Beehive State. Over the course of five years I also took on regular roles writing for South Dakota and Oregon, worked as an editor, and developed a system that enabled writers to fill in for others during absences. I moved from this freelance role to a full-time position at Leaf Group in February of 2019.

As a freelancer writer, I wrote articles for many different clients covering topics ranging from DIY home improvement projects to travel to pet care.
