I am a very energetic, and active person. I love to interact with people, and use critical thinking to help with problems that previously had been unresolvable to find the best answer. I have years of experience in customer service excellence. I can actively listen, and problem solve for customers to meet their needs, and assist patients in achieving their health care goals in a positive, helpful way. I work well in a team environment, and also work well independently. I have worked remotely for 5 years, and was able to exceed given goals. I am a great facilitator, and I am great at finding strengths in others, and help them to succeed as well!I have older kids, 1 grandkid, 3 horses, and 3 cats that also keep me grounded, and busy in my personal life. I believe in a healthy work life balance, and I work hard, and play hard! I always try to be the hardest working person in the room.
