Review and… Show more PUBLICATIONS: Responsible for the preparation and development of print products, including brochures, factsheets, posters, signs, pamphlets, advertisements, certificates, workbooks and postcards. Work with the Public Affairs team to determine product needs and develop mockups and drafts to demonstrate designs and refine ideas. Responsible for the development and execution of printed products from start to finish. Work with local and national printers to coordinate printed designs. Review and approve proofs to verify color management and accuracy. Distribute products to the public via electronic and/or printed means. MULTIMEDIA: Work with Public Affairs staff to provide visual media for a full range of digital and social platforms. Proficient in media editing software and video, including Adobe Premier and Nuke. NEWSLETTER: Maintain and distribute internal newsletter. Assemble and edit content on a weekly basis to a distribution of 200+. EXHIBITS/ EVENTS: Design and develop exhibits for tradeshows, including retractable bannerstands and large-scale 10’x10’ floor displays. ILLUSTRATION: Experienced illustrator with extensive knowledge of both digital and traditional mediums. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. LOGO DESIGN: Responsible for managing and updating the (USDA) logo based on existing design standards. Additionally, develop product logos. Work both independently and with a team to identify logo specifications and develop vector artwork accordingly. Responsible for the execution of final logo designs in various file formats, including jpeg, pdf, png, ai and eps formats. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Field requests by the public for outreach materials. Proactively determine product needs based on public demand. Coordinate with national distribution center to ensure adequate inventory.
