Job entailments:- Working on a computer using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Pastel,- Additional IT work using Magento, Stock2Shop and brand portals,- Administer the import of products from overseas suppliers,- Procurement: Administration of order functions and purchase planning,- Logistics: Administration of imports from costing, purchasing to deliveries to warehouses in CapeTown, Durban and Johannesburg,- Distribution / Warehouse: Daily communication with the warehouse on container deliveries, newproduct items, stock levels and damages,- Finance: Financial planning, costing, workflow and communication with the bank,- Quoting and presenting new products and brands to retailers throughout South Africa,- General Admin: Respond to queries from management and/or retailers on a daily basis, filing andadministrative work,- Indents (Direct Imports) – Oversee and intermediate orders from corporate customers tointernational suppliers.

Job entailments:- Working on a computer using corporate Gmail and Moveware,- Quoting and tenders for local, long distance, cross border and export moves,- Following up daily on quotations,- Answering all sales and enquiry calls,- Co-ordinating the diary of external sales reps,- Co-ordinating all Elliott Cape Town local, long distance, cross border and groupage moves,- Filing and administrative work including invoicing,- Working with Elliott branches, international agents, corporate clients and private clients.
